Rick Douzheng — known in the arena and media circles as UNCLE RICK — and his legal and corporate team is the driving force behind the Outrider Bull Riding League (OBRL), the Northeast’s first professional team-based bull riding league. As founder and commissioner, Rick is building more than a league — he’s building a movement.
